The property is very pleasant. The host was very helpful and friendly. Makes you feel at home. Homely and cheap food available next door. Can definitely recommend to families and couples. Would stay here again when we come to Wayanad.

Featuring a garden and views of lake, Mahout Resort Wayanad - An Experiential Jungle Stay with Waterfall is a recently renovated holiday park set in Kalpetta, 14 km from Kanthanpara Waterfalls. The Staff made us comfortable with the surroundings and helped us navigate the tourist attractions around that place. And the food served every day was phenomenal, that anyone tasted it would come back to the resort just for it. Also to mention, there is cute doggie there named Charlie (Sometimes they call it lily too).
