Certain units in the holiday park have private entrance and are equipped with desk and wardrobe. A balcony with sea view, a satellite flat-screen TV and air conditioning are provided in some units. At the holiday park, every unit has bed linen and towels. Location is very good, beach front aswell, the owners are very nice and friendly, very easy to drive to Nemberala or Boa. Nice breakfast included. We will come back for sure

Delicious food. 2 min walk to the beach.

The ocean view is stunning and the owner and staff are super friendly. I would totally recommend Utopia!

Located in Nembrala, Bo'a Vida Rote is set just on top of Bo'a Beach and a cove. Featuring free WiFi and great views of the ocean, the property offers a villa and a bungalow.

Enjoying complete privacy in a very secluded area, each unit has a seating area, a terrace and a private bathroom. we appreciated the friendly team and the amazing meals they served every day. we liked having the 2 scooters (with surfboard-rack) for us every day. this was the best way to go explore the surroundings, do different activities and check the surfspots arround. the Bo'a Vida team helped organizing and planing all our trips. ATMs are not allways in reach but the Bo'a team helped us out in need – big thanks for being so uncomplicated : )
