Located about a 20-minute away from Tanjung Pinang city centre, Trikora Beach Club offers an eco-friendly beachfront accommodation with free WiFi access in public areas of the property and free on-site private parking for guests who drive. Breakfast was neat - three options were given: Asian, American and Continental. You could mix-and-match and have whatever you wanted. Having a complimentary breakfast was much needed, especially since the hotel is tucked away from most of the food places that are accessible in the Northwest and Southwest districts.

The staff and swimming pool
Family room was spacious with a beach outlook, buffet breakfast had a good choice of food and an excellent buffet BBQ dinner. Large swimming pool and a peaceful beach.
Three things stand out: a converted passenger ship was a new one for us in the themed hotel class; a great swimming pool, and conveniently close to the ferry to Singapore. The Bintan resort area is frankly a little bleak in my view and impossible to get around without a car. We were there during the week and so few people (the weekend is supposedly crowed with people from Sng). Another thing that was great was the breakfast.
Its very comfortable and relaxing. Lots of entertainment and activities for both kids and adults. Food is excellent and service is very good. Clean and cosy. Will recommend friends.
Great breakfast buffet, staff friendly, rooms spacious and clean and great big bed. Gym was great and spacious all new and kept clean. Love the free water in the rooms too! Once the hotel has more guests will be great and good atmosphere and the restaurant with the beach club down the back will be great for entertainment and parties.
Big swimming pool, many activities and many places to roam in the resort
We are from Singapore. We enjoyed our vacation (5D4N) at Cassia Bintan. The apartment and surroundings were well maintained. Beach and swimming pools were clean. Thumbs up for the daily breakfast at Lotus Cafe. Pleasant and delicious dining experiences at Treetop and Saffron. All staff displayed a good service attitude with their SMILES making us feel welcome and at home. [
