The property is a little bit dated, but it has everything you need for a family vacation: great swimming pools, great beach and good food. Elounda is a nice town and has other beautiful areas in proximity.

Very comfortable luxurious place for the family. Great for children all ages. Our kids are 5 & 3 and loved the children swimming pool, kids club and the kids activities that were planned. Great for parents to relax by the pool, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

The entire team working there is dedicated to maintaining exceptional standards. I must highlight the high cleanliness of the rooms and the swimming pool, the very good quality of the food and drinks, the wide range of entertainment activities, the family-friendly atmosphere, and the accessibility of everything. It's truly an outstanding place!

Clean room, lots of choices in the buffet, my daughter loves the kids club and the staff are amazing. Lots of swimming pool.

Super cosy bed, beatiful bungalow, great shower, always accessible swimming pool for morning swimm, friendly staff, rich breakfast. Bus 25 min dor to door to Heraklion city. Perfect.

We had an amazing experience at the Seaside resort. Great food, drinks, entertainment, the views are stunning and we had a blast in the swimming pool areas. We were very lucky to get an upgrade to a room with private pool. Overall, the staff was super friendly and polite, what makes a great difference in such experiences. Dimitris (the staff who serves drinks by the pool) could be a little more friendly, we think. Still, we would highly recommend this place

Breakfast was super, lot of varieties. Many kind of healthy options and warm dishes. Staff was lovely and helpful. They upgraded us to All inclusive, even though we paid only for breakfast. All inclusive was also insanely good! So many different courses and styles of food. Also many sports and entertainment options available every day. Many different swimming pools for children and adults and also pool towels including. We loved the hotel garden! Hotel was very clean and well maintained.

The bungalow I took was really nice for the price I paid, it's near to many beaches and restaurants, also they accept pets, I went with my fur baby. The staff was helpful and polite. There is also a supermarket, swimming pool and bar where you can buy food and staff you need

Good facilities for families. We loved having the water park on site, really well run with so many options for any age or level. The entertainment was good and the kids club was excellent and in it's own air conditioned building. The staff were really attentive and always there to keep things in the restaurant running smoothly at busy times .

This place is amazing! Thank you again for everything! Reception, restaurants, swimming pool bar and kids club staff are wonderful and made our stay really unforgettable. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Few swimming pools, game area, delicious food in restaurants, great kids club and lot of entertainment for adults. We’ll recommend this place to friends and family and we’ll come back soon for sure!
