The property is a little bit dated, but it has everything you need for a family vacation: great swimming pools, great beach and good food. Elounda is a nice town and has other beautiful areas in proximity.
Very comfortable luxurious place for the family. Great for children all ages. Our kids are 5 & 3 and loved the children swimming pool, kids club and the kids activities that were planned. Great for parents to relax by the pool, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
The entire team working there is dedicated to maintaining exceptional standards. I must highlight the high cleanliness of the rooms and the swimming pool, the very good quality of the food and drinks, the wide range of entertainment activities, the family-friendly atmosphere, and the accessibility of everything. It's truly an outstanding place!
The reception area is very nice, very fast check-in, breakfast and dinner were delicious with sufficient choice, good and professional entertainment (thanks a lot for Nathalie). I especially would like to mention the hotel’s luxurious swimming pools.

Breakfast was super, lot of varieties. Many kind of healthy options and warm dishes. Staff was lovely and helpful. They upgraded us to All inclusive, even though we paid only for breakfast. All inclusive was also insanely good! So many different courses and styles of food. Also many sports and entertainment options available every day. Many different swimming pools for children and adults and also pool towels including. We loved the hotel garden! Hotel was very clean and well maintained.
Great place for a family holiday, we had a room for 5 which is a rare find (single bed and double bed upstairs and 2 sofa beds downstairs). Beautiful sandy beach is 5 mins away. Free wi-fi supported work from home. I thought it was a 3* hotel, but we used all the facilities of 4* Kyknos Beach - big pool with sun loungers, nearly always empty kids pool, great kids club, delicious meals. Cocktails included in all-inclusive. The hotel feels very lovely with many cosy dens to chill out and never felt crowded.
There are plenty of swimming pools, one that is Olympic size and as deep as 4m. The resort offers plenty of facilities and the food is always available either in the restaurants or in the snack bars. Kids have a kids club and entertainment in the evening.
