I loved everything, location is out in the countryside. We stayed in an apartment & it was so nice. Beds very comfortable. Swimming pool, sauna on site. Crazy golf, playground, tennis court for the kids. We went for lovely walks around the hotel. I would definitely return in the future.
Beautiful cottage!! Hot tub was lovely after our trips to Alton Towers. 7 minutes from Tesco by car! Everything was available for our week stay, washing machine, washing lines, airers, entertainment ect plus plenty of storage and if you need anything Rosie and Tim are happy to help! It was EXCELLENT value for money and we’ll definitely be back!
Home from home. Was made welcome from stepping through the door. Laura manager is lovely! 🙂 Entertainment was good in a good location And the breakfast was exceptional £5 a breakfast well worth it
Friendly staff, value for money, great evening entertainment
Spacious rooms. Swimming pool was warm. Bar reasonably priced.
Location. Peaceful. Very spacious room. Amazing swimming pool. Friendly staff.
Breakfast was good and lots of options. Staff were all so lovely, friendly and professional. Hotel is a good location and has a play park / entertainment in the evenings for kids.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Stunning location. Great cooking facilities. Very clean. Lovely swimming pool and pitch and put. Catered for all ages - so great for family.
Cleanliness, entertainment, overall facilities, went out of their way to make sure my 3 year olds’ birthday was special. The character visit at breakfast from sir Topham Hatt was lovely and personal.
I stayed a few years ago and didn't enjoy my time. However, with all the new improvements it is a much better experience. They have put a lot of effort and time into renovating a once dated hotel. The Indian restaurant and cocktail bar are both out of this world and provide an incredible mixed evening of entertainment. The continental breakfast was good value for money, and the bar was nice and quiet with a good selection of alcohol and soft drinks. Not too mention there was free parking!
