The hot tub was greatly enjoyed and the location was great for getting to Cheddar Gorge, Wookey hole and Bath city and lovely local walks. Thank you to all at the park.

Although I didn’t have a hot tub at the property where I was staying, it did have possibly the biggest bath I have ever used which was great to unwind and relax in during the evenings. The on site spa was also a delight, having spent one evening there.

Cheddar Woods Resort and Spa ligger i Cheddar och har en utomhuspool och en restaurang. I området är det populärt att spela golf och på boendet kan du spela minigolf. We booked 2 lodges. One was higher up and had a nice view over a green and the other was more secluded. Both were nice. They were a good layout and really comfortable. The facilities are good. We ate at the restaurant both nights. Service and food were good. Cheddar Gorge and the shops, restaurants, coffee shops etc are close by and within easy walking distance and definitely worth a visit. We walked from the site to Cheddar Gorge which was ok on the Saturday and Sunday but on the Friday there seemed to be a continuous flow of huge lorries going to and from the quarries on the main road near the site. I assume it must be like this on all weekdays.
