Featuring mountain views, Seaside Heaven - Southerness Caravan Rental features accommodation with a garden, a bar and barbecue facilities, around 25 km from Dumfries and Galloway Golf Club. The caravan is very comfortable and finished to a very high standard. The host was excellent to deal with and the place was spotlessly clean. The people around the resort are lovely too, very friendly but also leave you to your own thing, perfect balance. The location is excellent, right on the beach. Perfect for us and our dog, long walks in a perfect setting. We had lunch at the John Paul Jones hotel nearby and there are good shops and facilities on site too.

Serenity is located in Monreith and offers a bar. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The caravane is neatly arranged, felt like a second home. Great place with lovely surroundings. Very clean and cozy. Highly recommended.

Situated in Newton Stewart in the Dumfries and Galloway region, Jungle House no.26 at Three Lochs Holiday Park has a garden. The caravan was lovely and clean.

Ryan Bay Holiday Park is offering accommodation in Dunragit. All units are equipped with a TV and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven. The units are equipped with heating facilities. There was no cooker in the hut as advertised but I had a word with reception and they upgraded me to a caravan free of charge, lovely staff.

Set in Kirkcolm, Wigbay Loch View 28 features a private pool. This beachfront property offers access to a patio, free private parking and free WiFi. Perfect place for families. Well maintained neat and clean accomodation and we all really enjoyed.

Moffat Manor Holiday Park is set in Beattock, 2.7 miles from Moffat. Free private parking is available on site. All units feature a seating and dining area. Caravan was spotless and beds very comfortable (also loved the “is it me you’re looking for” gift of essentials that I did actually forget to bring with me! Van heats up really quick and everything was easy to use (I always struggle with gas appliances but these worked first time every time) bedding was provided but no towels. Caravan park itself if great, very clean, everyone is pleasant and happy to help, there’s a play park (well maintained) a bar (reasonably priced drinks and bar snacks and an arcade attached to it for the kids and big kids) and shop/reception (where you check in, the shop part is pretty basic, more for “oh I forgot xyz” so I’d pop to a supermarket for all your bits) within walking distance (7mins to be precise) of an inn for all day food and drinks, there’s fields surrounding caravan park with sheep, goats and horses, there’s rabbits everywhere (daughter was obsessed with those and spent hours looking for and counting them) 20-30 mins drive and you can go to dalscone park or Mabie farm park.

Located in Isle of Whithorn in the Dumfries and Galloway region, Burrowhead Holiday Village offers accommodation with access to a spa centre. Stunning views, lovely food, great bar with lovey people. Internet around the park, which was amazing as I could send the photos I took to my family. Although the photos couldn’t do it justice! Staff were lovely and welcoming I cannot wait to go back!
