Surrounded by forest, this Åland holiday village is located by Ivarskärdsfjärden Bay. It has a private shore with a beach, marina, jetty and various sports facilities. Each cottage features a fully equipped kitchen, sauna and free WiFi. The host - Alexandra was really helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, including sharing tips on where to shop and pointers to nearby midsummer celebrations. The location is private (we hardly heard our neighbours) and beautiful - very well maintained l. Our cottage had everything you might need one cottage holiday and was super clean!
Mariehamn
Boasting a patio with garden views, a private beach area and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, Strandbergs Stugor can be found in Mariehamn, close to Mariebad Beach and 1.8 km from Nabbenbadet Beach. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The holiday park has family rooms. Excellent! We woke up very late, at 10am due to jet lag. Our gracious hot made us a basket of breakfast and put it out on our porch.

Nice quiet place , very helpful staff. Little beach. Small swimming pool and lovely pergolas.
The staff was super helpful and the access to swimming pool/ sauna made it enjoyable
Pool & Beach Restaurant Bungalow Tenniscourt
This hotel may not look premium but it has nice clean spacious rooms with a simple clean bathroom and even a balcony. Beds are comfy, curtains block the light well and the location is central yet calm. Staff is very nice and helpful. We were positively surprised that hotel guests may have a morning sauna and use the swimming pool in Hotel Cikada nearby. We did not go to sauna but spend nice afternoon hours in the pool.
Good breakfast. Giant TV but few channels working. Great location. The receptionist lady was very kind and helpful. Nice solarium and swimming pool outside even though we couldn't enjoy it. Peaceful surroundings with views on the park.
