Very nice place to stay, perfect if you have a car and want to visit several places around Madrid. The owner, Raul is very, very friendly, makes perfect use of his smartwatch to communicate in English. House is spacious, clean, ideal for family. Swimming pool was also nice, not too deep for the kids. The area around the house is very large, nothing can distrub you there. And the motorway is just 400m away. Stay there, you will not regret !
Vanessa was very kind and helpful, and she made herself available to answer our questions. The apartment was clean and came fully equipped with all the essentials for a long stay, including toiletries, coffee, kitchen items, washing machine, internet, and more. The kids loved the swimming pool. Parking onsite was free and easy. The grocery store was conveniently around the corner, while the many restaurants nearby allowed us evenings out. The metro station is only a 10-minute walk away. A very nice stay!

The stay was absolutely amazing, the facilities provides you comfort but also entertainment. It was pretty close to every main point, most part walkable, in a good neighborhood near to the metro station La latina. The room was super comfortable and the cleaning always on point. A note for the staff that were super kind a competent. 10/10
