Rannamõisa Holiday Park is located in a quiet and peaceful area, 500 metres from Lake Peipus and its beach. You will find there a garden, a shared lounge, a field to play ball games and a children's playground. This is a biiig house with high ceiling. Very clear signalization inside the building, about what to find and where . Really excellent. We loved how the owners intended to to match old style and materials with new one. The area is enchanting in general. Kitchen super equipped, Even an OPERATING sauna is available,

Excellent place for a small family holiday. Perfect location in the city center, friendly staff, comfortable room and large spa area with lots of things to do.
Lovely big room,and big bed,first time stayed there,and enjoyed the free access to the spa from hotel,lots of hot tubs,different temperature and swimming pool,and saunas,plus pool bar with drinks and food,Ice cream,both hot/cold drinks,and lots of seats to sit on. Lovely breakfast in morning,easy to checkin,and check out.
I liked how comfortable the apartment was and the fact that we had everything from necessities to entertainment. It really felt like coming home when we entered it.

Great location and amenities! A spacious room with a spectacular view, delicious breakfast with a big choice of meals, tasty desserts, nice restaurants, swimming pools, jacuzzi and spa. A large selection of saunas. Great service. Mini bar in a room plus free mineral water.
the apartment is located on 12th floor of a 20 storey building. We arrived early (12) and met the host who was so kind to accommodate our early check-in request. The host is very responsive and helpful. The apartment boasts great view over the river and canal is located next door to Ahaa, Tartu's great kids' education and entertainment center (we din't plan for that and it was a great bonus). A cute tiny house, excellent location right on the beach, very clean, comfortable beds.
A lot of space. It's the best place in Tartu for a family holiday. Very quiet area near the center. You can organize your own grill on the grass inside the territory. All furniture is excellent. I will definitely use this place next time.
Separate bedrooms for family vacation. Microwave present.
