Beautiful small hotel in the modernistic building 100 years old. Very good quality and style. Room and bathroom were big and comfortable. Parking just by the entrance, hotel is located close to centrum but in very quiet location by park and city swimming pool just down the stairs
Nice breakfast, but I will recommend first of all the lunch menu (12.00-14.00) - at a really low price you can have a meal consisting of tasty soup and 4 or 5 main course dishes to choose from, mostly meat, but there is also a fish or vegetarian dish, too. Great location - a 10-minute walk to the Old Town and 5 minutes to the Bajda swimming pools, and it`s very quiet. Nice staff and great beer!
When a hotel lists "swimming pool" as an amenity, one wouldn't think you'd need to call days before your arrival & book a slot for the pool. In fact, that's the case. . .they don't open it during certain hours like most hotels, instead it's a 'private pool', only to be used by one party at a time, which includes the sauna. Plus they charge you handsomely for it. . .it felt more like a 'bazen of ill repute' than a family pool. :-/
