Location is great, has a nice garden with swimming pool, there is a coffee machine in the room & coffee is for free, very good night sleep as very quiet area. Very easy check in & out. Big, clean rooms. Delicious breakfasts.

The hotel is situated at a perfect location in Harrachov - good point for starting of any trip to the Krkonošw mountains. It is right at the top of a small piste, so ideal for winter too. Rooms are big enough and clean. Breakfast and dinner were tasty with good choice. Small swimming pool available.

Very nice location, we have enjoyed the swimming pool. The dinner and the breakfast were excellent.

From beginning till the end, we have been amazed by the availability, dedication, and efficiency of every single employee there. Everything with a smile, what an excellent surprise! Breakfast was quite nice, for every taste. The facilities are also very good and organised, swimming pool and spa, the garage, our appartment with balcony, we enjoyed it really much.

Almost everything was good. Breakfast, dinner, swimming pool was great. If you are with the kids they will like little zoo. Room was spacious and well equiped. Also free parking.

A beautiful apartment with a beautiful garden (including a small playground, family sized swimming pool and an outdoor gym). In the ground floor there is a wide entrance and a large space with kitchen and a spacious and warm dinning area. A small attic with mattresses - great for the youths. Everything was super clean, warm and the hospitality was amazing. The windows have nets against flying insects

We could check in earlier than official time and check out a bit later. Parking for free. Close to all places of interest. There is a bycicle storage. A quite nice swimming pool and whirlpool for free. Rooms are clean and newly reconstructed. We slept very well. Breakfast was fine. Receptionists were very nice and helpful.
