Playa Grande
Cabo Velas Estates is located 7 km from Playa Grade Beach and from Marino Las Baulas National Park. It features a garden, BBQ facilities and free Wi-Fi in the rooms.
The villas will provide you with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. There is a full kitchen with a microwave and a fridge. Private bathrooms also come with a shower.
We were a group of 3 people and it has 3 beds in two separate rooms plus two bathrooms
Playa Conchal
The units come with tiled floors and feature a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a dining area, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. Some units feature a terrace and/or a balcony with pool views and an outdoor dining area. At the holiday park, units are equipped with bed linen and towels. Excellent location right beside a national reserve park (jungle). Animals came during the night and were not shy to show themselves in our open air kitchen. Pizotes, racoons, monkeys, white squirrels and a crab made an appearance. Five minutes (by car) away from a beautiful beach, in which you can walk safely some 100 meters into the sea and the water barely reaches your chest. 10 minutes from Conchal beach walking along said beach. Staff was super helpful and friendly, Lizet treated us like princes and Andres treated us like kings. Cannot be more satisfied. If you are coming with a bug group, ask for the white house, which boasts a private 12 person pool/jacuzzi. It’s four hours from Alajuela, get a 4x4 if you are coming during the rainy season. Buy groceries to cook your meals, it’s cheaper, faster and more convenient. There is a fully stocked kitchen, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, microwave, gas range, gas grill, two full fridges and a free standing freezer, toaster oven, coffee maker (with filters), etc. Rocking chairs, a big family table, chairs and a hammock. If you need something else Lizet or Andres will get it for you. You get your own entrance and parking place. Don’t go by bus. You need a car.
Guanacaste

great location for a getaway in Guanacaste. near to beautiful beaches and to the town of Nosara. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The service and entertainment were exceptional. We enjoyed night swims, beach location. It was a great, fun resort for all the family. We liked the range of restaurants.

We had an amazing stay at this spacious bungalow! It had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. The place was quiet and spotless, with a huge bed and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for making breakfast. The location is ideal—just a few minutes’ drive from Tamarindo center and the beach, yet far enough to enjoy peaceful nights away from the crowds.

So glad we went there! To us this was true Costa Rica. It is run by the friendliest and warmest family you will meet in CR. Also rhe bungalow is basic but has it all, next to that the many many hot spring pools are amazing (including fhd views) with a lot of wildlife around and finally fhe food and restaurant is authentic and great too. If you want a true Costa Rica experience, this is fhe one to book!
Breakfast delivered to your door every morning. The front bungalow was delightful and steps from the beach. The property has their own private area on the beach with hammocks and lounges. Overall the property was a fantastic option, just far enough away from the very popular and crowded tourist restaurants to be private, but still able to walk down for a meal or drinks. Beautiful. Will be dreaming of this place for years to come.
Sandrinne and Pierre both have been fantastic, very friendly owners. They put their heart and sould into a property - it is very clean and well maintained, the bungalow had everything we needed, and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is very well equipped. Swimming pool is nice and we enjoyed watching birds and listening to monkeys. We were happy there every day.
A true paradise. We booked only two nights and I wished we stayed longer. Our bungalow hidden in lush garden was very comfortable and super clean. The outdoor shower was amazing. Swimming pool was a highlight for our 12 years old as well as funky coaties that hang around the premises.
Tha place is lovely and brand new. The bungalows have everything one would need when on holiday, the kitchen was well equipped and the appliances all worked well. There is a lovely swimming pool and relaxation area for use by the guests. The hosts were really nice and accommodating, helping us with directions and happy to provide recommendations for the local area.
