Perfect location and excellent swimming pool. Breakfast was delicious, they have two restaurants that you choose from so that was good.

Really stylish hotel, nice lobby with free tea and coffee and fruit water, the rooftop swimming pool was lovely especially after a day of sightseeing (although not great for swimming as there were often people just standing or sitting on a float.) They had the Disney channel which was good! Great location in the heart of El Poblado. There was a drinking water tap in the room which was amazing.
Comfortable bed and decent swimming pool area, plus games room. Pity the jacuzzi is only half full. Why not fill it up to the top like normal? Also the sauna looked like it wasn't working, we never saw it on.
Very beautiful hotel, everything was new. The swimming pool was beautiful and the suite room with private swimming pool very confortable.
