Everything I liked about the property. Wonderful rooms, big , spacious & comfortable. Amazing view from the room. Brilliant housekeeping. Bathroom was very spacious, big and luxurious bathtub and others amenities. Lovely balcony, comfortable beds, wide variety of food spread for the breakfast, superb swimming pool and outside garden.

Spa, Lobby, kids club, and service was good but I think overall the hotel is over rated. Rooms, pool and outdoor space were normal. We asked to check out like half an hour after because we weren't ready and they didn't accept it which is bit unusual considering its summer and low occupancy. I chose the hotel because of comments but unfortunately I didn't have the same experience.

From the initial booking process to reception, the rooms, and the amenities, every aspect was flawless. This destination is truly exceptional for a family vacation. The rooms exude an antique charm, reflecting the opulence of Arabic decor. We have access to a delightful private swimming pool. In the morning, the view extends to a vast green grass field, followed by a pristine, expansive white sand beach, with the sunrise painting the horizon. Witnessing the sunrise is an extraordinary moment, and it is not to be missed.

Everything was perfect: the staff was kind and helpful, the room was big enough with a sofa bed which was transformed into a really big and comfortable bed. Really close to the yacht club with good choice of restaurants. A big pool, a small football field where kids can play football, a kids club with X-box - a lot of entertainment at the hotel territory. The free shuttle bus from the hotel entrance to amusement parks runs every 15 minutes which is really convenient.

This is the perfect place for a family holiday!! Everything you want under one roof- excellent food, spacious rooms, friendly staff (even though they really need to sharpen their English because most could not understand basic questions like do you have milkshake), the swimming pools are fantastic!!! what an amazing hotel!! will definitely stay here again!!

The food, the staff, the hotel facilities were all great. The kids club was amazing. The outdoor swimming pool was heated. Room service was excellent. Having park tickets inclusive was awesome.
