It was central. We could walk to the shops and around the vicinity. The swimming pool was cold being Winter but was spotless. Security looked after the cars overnight. Staff were very pleasant. The WI Fi worked all the time. Having a ground unit, the braai was just outside the door.
We enjoyed the buffet breakfast very much. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are a variety of swimming pools, so for the cold winter the underroof swimming pool is great.
The place and the linen was very clean, they provided tea ,still water and ice blocks which we didn’t expect.On arrival the heaters were on and the house was warm .They provided fleece blankets which was a special touch.The kitchen had everything that we required.The place is a stone throw from entertainment and shops. We’ll definitely be back!
There was always something to do for the kids. The activities were exciting. There’s easy access to swimming pools at the entertainment centre/reception as well as at the Makhato lodges. The unit we stayed at was spacious and we had all the facilities we needed.
We enjoyed the facilities, swimming pools, water slide, putt putt. The Winkel was well equipped. We enjoyed the live entertainment at the pool and entertainment for the children. Staff were friendly and helpful when we locked ourselves out of our house.
