Beautiful home, with huge bedrooms, fabulous swimming pool, big kitchen and lots of bathrooms, it had everything we needed and was a huge home to cater us all. Brilliant location to the water park and club house only a 5/10 minute walk.
The suites have been recently renovated, so they are fresh. Decor is really nice. Swimming pool open to 10pm which I thought was great if you wanted to swim after the parks. Bus available to bring to parks 3 times in am drop back 3 times pm. Staff were friendly.

lacking a bar with entertainment ( they use the foyer for entertainment which consisted of a man and a guitar but beucase the foyer is so big, the music was lost

Location is great. close to all parks and across from Old Town park with plenty of shopping, food and entertainment.
The staff was very attentive, especially Rafaela at the reception. Very dedicated and concerned about the good stay of the guests. really, she was a positive differential with several important tips.
the hotel still offers heated swimming pool, a bar next to the pool and a laundry room that, despite being in high demand, we were able to use it a few moments at alternative times.
Rooms were comfortable and perfect for a family holiday. There was a Starbucks downstairs and lovely swimming pool kids games room, bar and restaurant.
The location was amazing nothing was too far entertainment, food ect nice for a family vacation close to all the main attractions, shopping which was bonus
The facilities were fantastic everything you could want for a family holiday. Beds were super comfy,clean,great food & coffee on site,swimming pool & bar,buses every few mins to universal.
