Right next to a beautiful beach. The distillery next door provided free samples and excellent service from Theodore. The staff were very polite and pet friendly. The restaurant provided good food and entertainment. Lovely pool and it was open at 7 am. The room was basic , but clean and comfy.
The location is really good, it’s close to the beach and ocean, trail system, and restaurants. They have a good swimming pool, but it was closed on Sunday for cleaning. There is a nice play room which was worked until 9pm.
The condo we stayed in was clean and comfortable, and handily located close to the swimming pool. We liked the fire pits and seating behind the hotel. The staff is friendly and efficient. Loved the new plush towels provided for the swimming pool. The updates that have been made to this facility in the past few years are wonderful. The Chautauqua is our go-to place in Long Beach.
