Very easy check in, with knowledgeable staff. The room was spotless and the facilities well kept in every respect. The swimming pool was large and sparklingly clean - a fantastic way to relax after a day on the road!
All staff I met was wonderful! I told Kim (who checked me in) that I came to Leavenworth for my birthday, and she put a beautiful balloon, little tort, and card in my room -- quite a surprise when I came back from dinner! The complimentary breakfast was unexpected and very good. I also liked the 24/7 availability of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate in the lobby. The location of the hotel is perfect. I didn't use the swimming pool and so can't comment, but I noticed that it was very popular among guests, a sign that it must be great!
The location is the best you will find! Apartment is clean and has all basic amenities. I usually stay in 4 star Hilton or Hyatt’s but for this trip wanted location. I was blown away, such a perfect family holiday stay. Will do it next year for sure! First night I wasn’t feeling well so I sat on the balcony and watched all the festivities and could watch my kids sledding. Picture is taken from room #2 balcony. Room 1 also has gorgeous Mountain View’s but facing south away from downtown towards the hospital.
This is a very cute appealing motel with beautiful gardens and swimming pool. Easy walk to town with restaurants only a couple of minutes away. Breakfast was sufficient for us with good coffee. We sat outside by the pool with a lovely pool and mountain view.
Rooms and bed was comfortable with a nice little balcony.
We really enjoyed this cute little motel and would highly recommend it.
