Absolutely loved the cleanliness, beautiful decor and lovely swimming pool. The entire house was immaculate, well cared for and the children's rooms are so cosy and magical. The company are very responsive and the resort itself is brilliant with its waterslides, pool and outside bar.
The house was fantastic, the location, the swimming pool, the quality of the amenities, the game room, plenty of space (we were just 2 for a huge house, indeed we love space...) with everything you need! The owner was easily reachable and always very friendly. Everything for a reasonable price... Highly recommended ! Will come back for sure, Upstay is a trustful organization.
Very very clean. The entire accommodation was delightful and spacious. Free wifi was great. Outdoor pool was lovely and clean. Real family feeling to the resort. Private parking spot right outside. Felt really secure with 24 hour gated security. Loved the communal swimming pool and courts to play tennis and pickleball. Great location for all the big attractions. Would love to stay again. Hosts were brilliant at keeping in touch and making sure we were having a great stay.
The property is very impressive. We loved the size of the rooms and the fact that everyone had their own privacy . The swimming pool , jacuzzi and games room were fabulous.
Everything you needed to start your holiday was there , even beach towels !
This is our second vacation at this villa. A year ago, we had a great family vacation in this villa, swam in the pool, visited parks, so without hesitation we booked this year too. However, all the good things remain only in memories. Definitely a good location, close to all the parks, but this year the villa looks completely unkempt.

Amazing free facilities at clubhouse (gym, pool, lazy river, kids club) beds are very comfortable with memory foam mattresses. Secure gated community. Close to major theme parks. AC works very well.
Definitely not a 4 star hotel. This is an outdated motel on the side of a very busy 6 lanes road. The kids club means that there are facilities for kids, don't expect animators or organized activities. Poor breakfast as everywhere in the US. If you have bad luck of noisy neighbours expect to stay awake because there is no insulation. The motel is made of cardboard.
An excellent hotel for a family holiday with children. Large children's playground with lots of entertainment, heated swimming pool. The kids really enjoyed it. Breakfast was excellent. The staff is very polite.
The house is magnificent. Located in a good guarded complex, the complex has swimming pools and a water park. The house was very clean. The children were delighted with the rooms with Disney characters. The garage has a games room with plenty of entertainment. The owners are very caring people, the house had everything you needed, any questions were answered quickly. Universal park is about 40 minutes away. We are very pleased with our vacation and the fact that we stayed in this place.
Excellent location. Nice layout. The AC works well and this helped with the heat. The swimming pool was also very nice. The TVs in the sitting room and master bedroom also work well with many options for entertainment. Overall, good value for money.
