Nice and spacious apartment with kitchen and bathroom, there is all you can need. Kitchen equipment is ok. Just great breakfasts with buffet included in the price for the apartment and there is a wide range of options what you could eat for every day. The personnel are nice, helpful and professional. Every day cleaning the apartment. Nice sight from the window. Warmed swimming pool included in the price with slippers and bathrobe. Possibility to order a private sauna and jacuzzi. Tasty food in the restaurant, shisha.
Staff very friendly and help so quickly as possible. nice breakfast and chef cooking as traditional Ukrainian dishes , so European, for example cheese cream soup bring in bin from pastry . Swimming pool outside and CPA zone inside very comfortable.
The property is in an excellent location and has stunning views. The breakfast was great. We had the best room in the hotel on the 5th floor (be ready to walk up the stairs). We loved the indoor/outdoor swimming pool, very warm and you can jump right into a hammam after you get out to stay warm. The staff were awesome especially at the front desk.
Our family relaxed this weekend in Kasimir. Really kind and clever personal working here. About Spa complex, all was good, swimming pools were clean and warm, administrators were correct and friendly. In evening you can eat real traditional food in this restaurant. Swedish line, in the morning- is full of delicious food too. Our room in this hotel was comfortable with a beautiful view of mountains. We satisfied of this trip! I advise to you hotel Kasimir!
