Fantastic Villa, lovely and spacious, the most comfortable bed & pillows, really peaceful only the sounds of the sea at night, cleaned everyday along with fresh towels, kettle in the room with coffee & water. All Villas are detached with a courtyard by the bathroom and a veranda out the front. All of the surrounding area is beautifully kept, pool is clean with views over the beach & sea. Location is perfect, on the beach with restaurants all along.
The beach is fantastic my opinion one of the best on the island. The neighbouring village & town is also fantastic definitely the best area to be. We loved it! The only reason I’m not scoring 10 is because of the standard of breakfast. We chose to only eat once, the produce was lower end certainly did not reflect the price to stay & the villa.

The best thing about this property is the amazing staff. We booked this bungalow last minute as my partner was extremely unwell that morning and was unable to travel as planned. I called the hotel to ask if we could check in any earlier as he needed to lie down, and they rushed to clean the room and have it ready in one hour, 3 hours before scheduled check in. I’m SO grateful for this as we were stranded with nowhere to go, so thank you so much.
The bungalow is great too, with a lovely kitchen and living area, separate from the bedroom. The best value for money that we could see on Booking.com
We also had breakfast included, which was brought to the bungalow by the staff in the morning. And they also brought us to the pier for our transfer for free. As I said, they’re fantastic! Highly recommend.
Sandee Bungalow is only steps away from Thong Nai Pan Noi Beach. It offers simply furnished rooms and free on-site parking. Thansadet Waterfall is a 20-minute drive from Sandee Bungalow.

Extremely affordable traditional and simple bungalow. Inside is very simple with a bed, a ventilator and a bathroom, but it does the job. It wasn’t hot at night, while we stayed during Dec. Light sleepers might need earplugs since you can hear motorbikes and cars passing through.
Outside patio is cute with a chair and a hammock. 3 minutes walk to a nice beach and many other restaurants, bars, shops. Location is very convenient. Ambiance of the neighbourhood is nice. Massage next door is great. Managed by a nice mid-age couple.

Perfect area great facilities, the staff are very hostile going, great food and shakes and good quality for price, the pool is great, the beach is wonderful, it’s easy to make friends with the other guests, the charged us small money for going back to the pier, the bathroom is clean big and has good hot stream, big bed, and really nothing bad to say about the staying and the resort, we’ve been staying at a resort near by that costs a bit more and we enjoyed it much more here

The owner Ed and his wife were lovely, helpful and generous. The garden is lovely. The bungalows are simple but very clean and have all the necessary facilities - fan, aircon and mosquito wire on windows and vents being additional to my expectations. The Siam House breakfast next door is lovely too - and delicious food.
Cute wee bungalows in a beautiful tropical garden, pool and beautiful beach on your doorstep! Restaurant was good and prices fair, the staff were friendly and helpful. Surrounding area is diverse and spectacular- we explored the East Coast on scooters which were an easy hire locally and a great way of seeing beyond the beach and resort.
The private plunge pool was a delight. Cottage was basic, spacious, clean and comfortable for our 3 week stay. Short walk to the beach and a 2 minute stroll into the village. Great food at Ram and Pha's little restaurant and Penn's Bungalow at the beach does a great steamed whole fish! Also easy access to ATM and mini-mart.
Property is as described, very comfortable and clean perfect for a few relaxing days.
It was our first time in koh phangan, we had planned to visit the island but ended up staying in most of the time.
Swimming pool is great, Fridge is full of anything you may need, with great prices.
Host will facilitate food ordering from thai as well as pizza restaurant. Enough options to not want to move anywhere else.

The bungalows were a little more rustic than we anticipated but they were very comfortable and super clean. The host was really friendly and super helpful. The hammocks on the terrace were a lovely feature. The grounds are very green and quiet.
One of the most beautiful places we have been in Thailand during our one month trip. The bungalows located next to the beach, you can chill there on beanbags, also swimming pool is with a view of the sea. Bungalows itself clean and nice.
