Location is perfect for shopping, eating and also for traveling around the Bangkok. Room was spacious, we also enjoyed swimming pool, fitness and kids club. Staff in hotel was very friendly and always willing to help.
Excellent location. Near pratunam market and platinum mall. Swimming pool was fun and breakfast just awesome. My baby loved the kids club with so many toys You can get lots and lots of massage paulor just down on the street. The hotel has another way out from Reception which brings you directly to the main road. Location is just wow.
We liked absolutely everything , in particular personnel attention, food and cleanliness.
breakfasts were amazing , all staff members were very careful and polite . Everyone noticed my pregnancy and payed special attention to me, bringing pillows for my back at restaurants and even gave me a pregnancy pillow for sleeping!

Siam Kempinski gave us a very warm welcome. Especially Becky and Beer. The kids club was a lovely place for our 2 year old. We even got a room upgrade. The laundry service was pricy but excellent. All the amenities were very lovely. We definitely enjoyed the fresh fruit and had a nice swim in the beautiful swimming pool. An amazing place to stay with your family!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with bungalows. Beds were very comfy, rooms were spotlessly clean and had everything you need. The host was so friendly and helped us arrange a lovely day trip. The swimming pool was amazing! The host has little kids who came to chat with us during our stay. Lovely family. The food was delicious! We had dinner and breakfast there.

Swimming pool was good not too big not too small. There are so many places you could eat around the hotel. So many entertainment around the place. The station was bit far but not inaccessible.
Everything about the hotel! The rooms, facilities, people, food — they were fantastic! Our children loved the Kids Club and the swimming pools. We were upgraded to the Family Suite and it was amazing.
Location-wise, very strategic. Walking distance to so many malls. The hotel even provided golf cart to send us to the malls and their rides were pretty efficient too.
