Hotel clean and friendly staff , moreover I can used facility at The Gig hotel ( Swimming pool , Bar , Gim ,Sauna and Coffee shop ).
The property was right in the heart of Patong Beach next to The Thai Boxing Stadium and Jung Ceylon Shopping Mall. Short walk to the beach and Bangla Road entertainment centre. My room was on the 2nd floor, small single bed with TV, air-con, Wi-Fi and a kettle with tea and coffee. Room cleaned daily and a fresh bottle of water provided along with tea and coffee. Swimming pool on the rooftop. Bed was comfortable and staff friendly and welcoming. Great value for money.
Nice swimming pool , very near to kalim beach.
7-11 is 2 mins away from where you can get basic stuff like grocery or water bottles.
Staff doesn’t understand english much but they are helpful.
Room was clean, old furniture but well maintained.
Only problem is there are no bed side sockets :(
Kids club also has lot of toys and books but the ac was not working and its too hot and humid inside so our kid couldnt spend much time.
Hotel shuttle will drop you in front of Bangla road and available till 8.30pm
The location is excellent, across the road is patong beach. The resort itself has many entertainment like bowling, snooker, and lots of swimming pools. We were lucky to be given a room that has direct access to the pool.
Swimming Pool is perfect, it's very good for family vacation. The location is closed to beach and shopping center, no need to worry about eat and shopping.
It was great we spent our whole week in this resort. The kids club is really good for kids as there are different activities during the week, and kids have fun there. Also the swimming pool and beach is good, the atmosphere of the resort is quite cozy.
