The location is surprisingly close to the beach and even closer to other amenities. Handy off street parking and a beaut swimming pool and breakfast area. The breakfast was quite diverse and very tasty. Excellent value for those on a modest budget.

the size of the rooms, the cleanliness, and the property itself. The fact that they have 2 swimming pools. one at the main floor and the second on the last floor.

The grounds were amazing at this hotel with the plants, flowers, many bonsai and the statues. The swimming pool was huge with a swim up bar. We loved feeding and petting the animals. Breakfast was lovely with a huge selection and a fresh omelette station. All the staff were cheerful and very efficient. The room was a fantastic size for a couple, we were in the beach bungalows. Shower room was huge.

The bungalows were big size with a big size bed. The air con was working well, and the bungalows were throughly cleaned every day. A large swimming pool. A nice view of the sea and Patong.

Room was great, nice view, comfortable bed. Employees do not speak English good enough, in fact it was hard to communicate. Only one manager spoke great English and did basically everything for everyone. F&B is poor in communication and breakfast knows no variety. If you do not prefer curry for breakfast, you are left with eggs, waffles and plain yoghurt for the rest of your stay. Swimming pool was clean, there is a small kids club. There is no beach. We paid EUR 200 per night and it was not worth it.
