Lovely room with balcony. Nice touch being the gratis bottle of port, fresh fruit and bottled water. Very nice heated (25c) outdoor swimming pool on 4th floor overlooking the Rua de Formosa wetland park and beach beyond. Nice gardens. Very good breakfast.
Everything! We had such a warm welcome on arrival with complimentary glasses of sparkling wine as we checked in. Even our luggage was taken directly from our car to the room. The staff were extremely friendly and polite. We couldn’t fault the facilities, beautiful room and so well equipped. Our son loved the kids club and a special thank you to Carolina for looking after him so well, some days he didn’t want to leave. We cannot wait to return next year :)
We were there as a family for a family wedding. Our children are adults and all the rooms having the on suite meant everyone could get ready for the wedding in comfort. Also with our 11year old grandson. The practical things such as washing machine, dishwasher clothes dryer were well thought about. The facilities were great for all ages. All really enjoyed the garden facilities, especially the swimming pool, tennis court and football area. These made the villa extra special.
Very peaceful location ... some restaurants within a short walking distance as is the beach, swimming pool and access to the easy walks near the beach. Lots of other restaurants to visit within 10 minutues via Uber/car
It is a really nice place if you are going with family and small children. They have Kids club which was very convenient so we could work without worries.
Lovely staff - friendly, helpful, personable; amazing breakfast - tons of options, fresh fruit and pastries, cooked options too; suites were maintained to a high standard - clean, modern, well equipped, showers and bathrooms amazing; swimming pool - clean, warm, jacuzzi and sauna brilliant, our baby was allowed between the times of 11.00-14.00 which was just right for us; sweet little touches like presenting my parents with a bottle of champagne and chocolate on their 45th wedding anniversary :)

We left every morning for a lovely walk on the beach, and when we arrived back to the apartment, our beds were made, and the apartment was immaculately clean again..
The reception staff were very friendly..
Both the swimming pools were stunning and very clean also.

We had a great rest, very convenient location of the villa, close and accessible to both the reception and swimming pool and sauna from the spa center, very convenient owner, easy to communicate with and will always help with any questions.
