The apartment exceeded our expectation. We had apartment number 5 which was on the top floor of the building. It had nice views accross the town of Madalena and Fajal island. Further we enjoyed the roof terrace which is shared with the other appartments but we usually had it to ourselves.
Natural swimming pools and supermarket were on walking distance (~600m flat).
Joao was an excellent host who explained passionately about his island and his view of tourism development.
The location of the appartement is strategic, close to the swimming pools, city center, supermarket and the port.
We stayed three but it has space for four.
It has a terrace with a very nice view of the Faial island.
Joao and Patrizia were there for any questions we had.
awesome location with stunning views from the terrace. the communal swimming pool is located directly in front of the apartments. staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It was our second stay here. We spent 11 nights.
The view was supers and the location very quite. There was a kitchen we could use for a night that we did not want to go out. The swimming pool was very relaxing after a hiking and sightseeing day.
Beautiful and well furnished apartment, very clean and comfortable. Spacious with a nice bed and bathroom, and small kitchenette. Location is great in the heart of Madelena, with nearby restaurants and natural swimming pool. Check in and out was very easy. Would stay here again if coming back to Madelena.
Great place in Pico, not far from Lajes, fantastic view. It was clean, spacious, very comfortable. Big private parking place just next to the entrance. Water, tea, coffee were available. There is an artificial swimming pool in the harbor with water from the ocean (temperature of the ocean), which is great. View is great. Perfect option for a couple, but great also for a family with a kid or with two smaller kids who would share a big couch.
The view was nice and if you are with the car there is enough parking spaces. the WI-FI was good - when it wasn’t working one time, they fixed it asap. in the close proximity is a natural swimming pool. There is an AC in the room.
The view was breathtaking. It was very calm. Swimming pool was nice !
The apartment was really nice and all the necessary amenities were there.
