Very helpful and friendly staff. The apartment was very spacious and clean with a nice view. As the temperature dropped during night to -3 the hotel staff made sure that the radiators were on, and the room had been heated before my arrival. I will definitely stay again when visiting Ropa!

The best part is the staff. He was very helpful. He helped us with requests of extra blankets and also was responsive when one of the AC was not working.

Everything was simply fantastic. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. The room with long balcony and fantastic view itself is just a great place to spend holiday. It is very clean, cosy and comfortable. I was afraid about the distance 1.4km from city centre, but is really short walk to get there. Thank you for beautiful holiday.
