Location. Quiet. Very clean inside. Unit had all the modern conveniences if we’d wanted to cook etc. provided milk. No hot water in the shower the last morning- maybe the gas had run out??

Join the community at a shared grounds, shared facilities holiday park. Groups of all sizes can get comfortable in private bungalows or holiday homes, and spend their stays enjoying time poolside, dining at an on-site restaurant or trying new on-site activities.
Clean, modern, spacious, warm house. Fully equipped kitchen. Love the in-house entertainment for the kids and adults: toddler books, toys, board games, table tennis, pool table.
Stayed in the fake vw campers. Really cozy even when it's cold because of the electric blanket. Facilities close by and very clean. Proximity to the lake is great- lovely views in the morning.
Absolutely wonderful ‘holiday park’! We stayed in one of the cabins (SKI), and it was lovely! The most comfortable and ‘stylish’ place I stayed in New Zealand during my long journey. I love how they paid attention to details and actually put effort into making it extra pretty and cozy! It was spotless and spacious, with kitchen and outdoor seating. So well-maintained! It’s on the lake, which was so peaceful… would highly recommend it!
Just off state highway 1 this is great accomodation if you are breaking a road trip. Our room was well laid out, warm and comfortable. Oven, Fridge-freezer, cooktop dishwasher and tea and coffee making facilities. Off street parking, games room, swimming pool and spa pools.
Easy walk into town, supermarket and eateries. Cross the highway and it’s a nice walk down to the Tongariro river and the river trail walking track.
We stayed in one of the mock VW camper vans. That was fun. Comfortable bed in a small space, though hotpot is provided. Camping-style shared bathrooms, but as clean as any camping bathrooms I've seen. Deck with table outside the van.
Great location close to town, very reasonably priced. Full cooking facilities and smart TV For entertainment. Comfortable beds with AC. Smart lock was fantastic, not needing to carry around extra keys.
Staff were really friendly and chatty as soon as we arrived. Kitchen was really spacious and the renovated campervan we stayed in was lovely. All the facilities seemed pretty clean and the holiday park is ideally located next to lake Taupo.
The little camper van cabin exceeded our expectations - it was clean, comfortable and spacious. The location is excellent, right on the lake side, and the small private decking area with tables and chairs that came with our cabin was perfectly positioned to sit out overlooking the lakeside.
Overall, the stay was great value and it's one of the most comfortable holiday parks we've stayed within NZ.
