Staff were very friendly and helpful. There were very clear directions to get to our unit, and a map was provided. Staff also drew on the map to make sure we knew exactly where to go. Information book in the room gave details on what was available nearby for food and entertainment. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. They had provided a portacot and cot sheets and blankets. Shower pressure was good and plenty of hot water. I appreciated their efforts to be clean and green and recycle lots and recommend saving power and water.
Roomy, shiny and clean, refurbished one-bedroom unit with a comfortable bed; easy to locate on main road though little traffic noise; good off street parking; easy walking distance to excellent multi activity swimming pool complex and Caroline Bay; friendly and helpful managers.
the location is not far from city center, easy to locate, room are just nice to fit all my group of 4. meet my expectation for holiday park. the site operator are very nice.
The go karts and the cabin was cozy and comfortable, my children had fun. We only stayed one night so didn't get the chance to try the swimming pool. :)
The location was great for us being so handy to Caroline bay and the swimming pools.
