The location as it is handy to everything in the city. Comfortable and safe. We can help ourselves at breakfast time. I love how the sun reflects through my room, the seating area and in the common area. Even better with medical centre next door. The entertainment bar area is downstairs with heaps of pool tables and seating area to chill. Thank you so much.

What a beautiful apartment. I love the furnishings and all the fit out - it's just such a nice space. Amazing location, great to have the supermarket just across the road and it's very close to the octagon and lots of food/entertainment places.

The position. You could sit on the balcony or look out of your window across the promenade to watch the surfers and the waves rolling in. In addition to all the highly acceptable features the property had its own garage accessed directly from the promenade. Within yards of the property there were a good selection of bars/bistros and coffee shops. A heated public saltwater swimming pool is a mere 200 metres away right on the sea front.

Great little holiday park in North Dunedin. We've stayed many times in both campervan and various rooms and cabins. Always friendly, always appropriately clean and comfy. Great value for money snd a top spot if you like a walk. You've got some nice bush trails, parkland and its only a couple of km to town. Perfect.
