the staff was extremely pleasant, checking in and out was a breeze if you supply all information beforehand. The cottages were adequate but why not a simple broom as part of the equipment so one can sweep the floor?

The zoo and pool is nice, their is a laundry area too. Buildings was nice in its layout even though it feels a little cult-ish. Restaurant does accept cash payment option.

Plenty of dishes and cutlery, spaces to store clothes, separate toilet and sink upstairs plus sinks in upstairs bedrooms, shower with toilet downstairs, little slide in the garden and table with chairs. On site facilities - outdoor and indoor swimming pools, beach area with playground, jumping pillow and swings, on site bike hire and local boat hire plus more! Towel hire available which was useful! There were organised activities for children and the staff were very helpful and friendly!
