It is a beautiful house with an amazing view!!! The rooms are clean and cosy. The garden is beautiful with a nice swimming pool. The hostess is very friendly.
Very friendly and helpful staff, plenty of bedrooms, very comfy beds, and a nice fireplace in the house (firewoods are free). Besides, it's a pet friendly facility with a big yard, it's perfect for a family with a dog.
About the infrastructure in the house, basically you have all the stuff you need. Basically, it's a good choice for a family vacation at Valle de Bravo (with a limited budget).
They served breakfast, but breakfast was rather basic and plain; the ambiance of the hotel was pleasant and comfortable; we were the only guests in that hotel those days, which made it private and nice; the overall appearance of the hotel was pleasant; there is a swimming pool; everything appeared to be very clean; our room had a great view of the city
I had the bungalow room which was a little corner of paradise.
The staff were super friendly and I really enjoyed the coffee and sweet bread in the morning, sitting outside listening to birds chirping
perfect location to get into town and to the lake for water sports - all walking distance. view from terrace and small swimming pool and jacuzzi made this a little oasis - you forgot you were in the centre of a busy but lovely town. all the staff were fantastic, very friendly and showed excellent customer service.
