Good breakfast, an excellent restaurant, and very helpful staff! We especially enjoyed the opportunity to take our child swimming in the indoor swimming pool and sauna complex. We certainly recommend this place as a family travelling for rest!
Lovely tiny house in the Sigulda center (7min till station walk). You can find everything what you need in the kitchen. The house was heated and warm. Place is new and modern. We really enjoyed our stay.
The host is very nice and supportive. The house has everything you need and the kitchen is well equipped. You have your own terrace and can enjoy your meals outside. My bungalow was the last one right at the edge of a forest. In the evening, a fox came and demanded food - no joke! The grounds are clean and neat. Even a small lake offers swimming opportunity. And there are a lot of facilities for children. This place is really recommendable.
We've got Paul's room, with queen size bed. It was very comfortable, the furniture is elegant. The bathroom is equipped with a rather big bath. I also enjoyed a small swimming pool for the additional price, the personnel was very helpful and nice.
We were visiting Sigulda for a music event, which ended late (closer to midnight). Due to a huge crowd it was impossible to order a taxi online, so instead we walked to Krimulda - and it was a pleasant night walk! All the way to the hotel, the walking/bicycle lines are well lit.
Ezeri Spa is actually nicer than in the pictures, and great value for the money. The suites facing the incredible gardens were perfect for two adults + child, with a large balcony and swimming pool. The Spa is small but nice, and the location is perfect for any activities around the Sigulda area.
Personnel from Villa Vanilla is solar person. Full of positivity. It makes everyone happy. Room(bungalow) was perfect for 5 of us. All what needed we had.Big plus-free coffee or tea 24/ 7 :)
In case I will drive throw Sigulda definitley will stay there!
Excellent place for a short family holiday, great value for money. Large well-equipped kitchen and shared spaces, clean and spacious bathrooms. Kids spent hours playing in the large garden that even had a trampoline and basketball hoop. The staff were super helpful and understanding, really made us feel at home.
Breakfast was good, the room was spacious, it was cleaned often. The sauna and turkish bath was perfect, very good swimming pool with artificial current, but jacuzzi is small (for 4 persons).
