Great location. Right next to the beach. Easily accessible by public bus from railway station. Has it's own small supermarket and bigger, cheaper supermarket is just 15 minutes away. Our cabin had two bathrooms which is very convenient for a bigger family.

It's a gorgeous, gorgeous little place. The staff are amazing - so welcoming, friendly and helpful! The pools and playground were great for our kids aged 8 and 9. The food was excellent! Perfect little cabin/bungalow with aircon, spotlessly clean. We LOVED it! Grazie mille, la famiglia Caputo ❤️

We stayed in one of the static caravans, clean and has everything you need, AC which is great! Lovely to sit outside in the evenings. Perfect location for the Misano circuit, just a 5 minute walk away.

Rooms and facilities were generally more clean than expected. Village was relaxed and atmosphere was good. Close location to the town and beach was a bonus. All in all an enjoyable stay!

Great 2 bedroom apartment fully equipped with air con, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc. 2 double or even king size beds in each room and sofa bed in living space. 2 nice balconies and a nice size roof top swimming pool which was never very busy.

-The first thing you notice is the super friendly staff and owner. They are always smiling and ready to help you.
-The room we stayed in overlooked the sea. Just perfect. Rooms were cleaned every day.

My apartment has two large balconies, the bed is comfortable, the accommodation is clean.
We really liked the location, the view and the swimming pool. And the breakfast was fantastic. The room and the bathroom were very clean , tidy and new. Most importantly the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The superior mobile home was clean, big and comfortable. The swimming pool and the beach were great. The animation group who organised events for children and the evening entertainment were great!

It was great that we could use the swimming pool in the sister hotel just 1 minute from our hotel, even though the beach was literally across the road.. The local street entertainment was also free with seating provided..
San Marino is well worth visiting, just 30 min away from our hotel..

The hotel is brilliant and they staff are honestly some of the best I've ever encountered. Nothing is too much trouble and they really care about the guests. This hotel is fantastic for families and there is a kids club, free entertainment, free bike hire etc..
The rooms are spotlessly clean, the breakfast is brilliant for both adults and children alike. The pool is kept clean and there is a lifeguard on duty at all times. This is not a large tourist area so it retains much of the Italian charm that we so much wanted.
