My stay at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm hospitality, ensuring a smooth and swift check-in process. Kids club, breakfast and everything you need to enjoy your holidays.
The location, service, amenities (e.g., pools, family spa, tennis and basketball courts, bikes--FYI, the tennies and bikes are an extra fee), food, kids club, rooms, etc. were outstanding! My partner loved the beach (where we could also pay extra to rent pedalos or stand up paddles). Our kid loved the scavenger hunt to explore the facilities upon arrival (and win a prize). ;-)
We loved pretty much everything about this hotel. The location was perfect, with a private, not crowded beach in Lugano Lake, two swimming pools that were perfectly clean and well-prepared for the guests, and great service and food. I think it was also great value for money
Beautiful location near Lugano Lake, Camping is very nice, however packed with many chalets very close to each other. Extra bonus points for playground and outdoor swimming pool with area for children, were they could play safely. Our chalet was small but had everything we needed and had lovely terrace, were we could spend time relaxing.
The mobile home had everything!
Everything works great, it's nice and clean.

Breakfast for Asians not great, lunch so.e vegetarian dishes are available, spa, swimming pool is amazing, never had such experience anywhere else, property, view, is extraordinary, price of course is high, but its an enjoyable relaxing experience, moving around in taxi is very expensive
Perfect bungalows for family with 1 or 2 kids. We were 5 families, and the owner put us all in the same area. That was very nice because she even gave us one chalet for the price of the bungalows just so we are all together. Very clean, sheets and towels included. Very nice area, close to the lake (20min walk, 5min car). Amazing restaurant next to the bungalows, the one on the upper side. Pizza was very tasty. We had an incredible experience at this place. Of course , not luxurious, just according to the price you pay.
Amazing few night stay with the kids.
Great location right on the lake, swimming pool and slides were good for the kids.
Cabin was lovely and comfy, as well as very clean and great facilities within.
Site staff were friendly and onsite restaurant was very nice.
