Great location for trips to Pisa or Tuscany.
Every day there is program for kids including line dancing every evening.
Pool was ok, but you need swimming cap to enter. I somehow didnt see that anywhere when booking, but you can buy them in shop within camp.
Parking ok, also option to wash your car with hose.
Beach within walking distance through pine forest.
Kitchen equipment basic, but still managed to cook 2-3 meals a day for 4 people without big struggle. Gas stove is a bonus as ihate those electric ones.
Beds ok.

Very well organised holiday resort with many attractions for children, own beach, numerous amenities (eg. washing machines).
Join the community at a shared grounds, shared facilities holiday park. Groups of all sizes can get comfortable in private bungalows or holiday homes, and spend their stays enjoying time poolside, dining at an on-site restaurant or trying new on-site activities.
Great location- pools at the camping and still close to the sea and beach. Within 1,5h you reach Pisa, Florence, Siena, 2h to Cinque Terre, Elba. And 15-30min to charming old cities and villages.
Great pools (the whole family had a lot of fun), fitness activities (I did aqua fitness, aqua dance and morning relaxing stretching), clean bungalows, small, but they have all that a family needs. We (2 adults + kids 6, 8, 10Y) had a great vacation (10 days).
This was great accommodation!
This was situated right in the middle of town, with great access to shops, bars and restaurants.
The views from our room were stunning!
There was a very tasty breakfast provided every morning outside our room with fresh orange juice.
The room was very comfortable with a fridge, coffee machine, big shower, toilet and a very comfortable bed.
The swimming pool was nice and big.
The team here were quick to respond to any queries and check in was super easy using WhatsApp.
The view from our room was probably the best one on the property. The location and upkeep of the swimming pool was really good. Marco is a very friendly and likeable person. We liked the no fuss attitude he had during our stay.
Very nice B&B ☺️ clean and cozy room with huge terrace. Swimming pool was clean and refreshing 🤩 Breakfast was great and the owner is so kind!
Grazie mille 😊
Arrivederci.
Great location in Montescudaio - close to the centre with its shops & little cafes. The closest swimming pool was great - enjoyed spending time there. Clean room, air-conditioned and with a fantastic Nespresso coffee machine. Marco the owner was helpful & I mainly dealt directly with him to resolve any issues. He was fair about his pricing because my choice of accommodation was downgraded due to a mistake he said he made on his booking system.
Superb, clean resort, fab swimming pools, lovely setting in the woods,
really helpful staff, great entertainment team...I could go on. Was able to travel from Pisa by train to nearby town (but note taxis were expensive). Should have hired a car. Pistachio ice cream was delicious.
