It is smaller camping than other and this is making it more comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool that în begining of April was heated and covered. The owners were lovely and helpful. It is also a small shop but with all you need.

Property is easy to locate, right on the lake near to Sirmione And peschiera. Swimming pool is clean and plenty of sunbeds. Lake access. Apartment was good it was comfortable and clean with kitchen accessories including microwave and stove. Staff in restaurant were so nice and friendly. Close to train station and bus stop. But I’d recommend hiring a car, bikes will only get you so far you can hire onsite too. Electric and normal. There is a shop for basics and restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner.

amazing view of the lake from our Jacuzzi, it was a really good size cabin, everything you could need to enjoy not only the site but the lake. an easy flat walk along the side of the lake, to numerous coffee places.
There were loads of facilities, we didn't use them as we enjoyed walking by the lake and using our Jacuzzi.

Location is much better in reality than on pictures! It's a villa with separate apartments and separate entrances. We've stayed in Bardolino. Just amazing! Very clean and well organized. There is a swimming pool inside. Silent. Parking is ok. There is a coffee machine. Kitchen is fully equipped. Rooms are big enough. Bathroom is good. Highly recommended.
Accommodation is very nicely styled. The owners are very friendly, ready to help with every request. We especially appreciated the possibility to charge an EV, so no stress searching for chargers. The swimming pool is great, especially in the hot days.

The staff was really polite and during the stay they asked plenty of times if we needed anything. Besides that they greeted you every time they saw you. Facilities were also great and I loved the swimming pool (could be a bit colder though). Rooms were very clean and kept cool by the airconditioning. The Italian architecture was beautiful too.
