The campground is walking distance from the centre of Cannobio and many places for drinks and dinner. Also the lake access of the campground is really nice for swimming. The appartment were we stayed was spacious and well equipped.

Lovely location with easy access to the river and town. Trees provided a very welcome respite from the sun. Handy to have a restaurant and shop onsite.

Perfect central lakeside location, friendly and helpful staff, rooms very clean with excellent air conditioning, good choice at breakfast, peaceful swimming pool area.
Spent 4 nights here . Room was good size, comfortable , well appointed and had a balcony with a view over the lake and mountains where we had our breakfast , very nice. We did not use the restaurant as we preferred what was on offer in the town by the lake. The swimming pool area and gardens are lovely. Good parking in the gardens at a cost. Easy to navigate around the lake from the ferry port in Baveno which is a 5 minutes walk. All the staff we met were helpful and a credit to the hotel.

We loved both the rooms and the hotel interior and the garden. The indoor swimming pool is also gorgeous. Also I think owners definitely love their hotel and business because everything is considered with love and care (even such small things as towels and shampoos and soaps). Hope we will visit again
Friendly staff, great location in Baveno for ferry to islands & restaurants. Good buffet breakfast. Very nice swimming pool & relaxing gardens.
