Complimentary breakfast was very healthy with a lot of variety. Staff at the restaurant, at the front desk as well the person who assisted us Shri Ramchandra, werr very polite and helpful. Ambience of the hotel is awesome with many beautiful carvings ,artifacts, complete with a swimming pool.
Friendly staff, tranquil gardens, large peaceful room with its own courtyard bathroom, fantastic swimming pool. Love the architecture and design - check out the antique fort door in the reception.

We came for Christmas and it was a wonderful place to stay away from the noise and bustle of Madurai. Lovely room and we were even given a little Christmas cake in our room.
Food was fabulous and plentiful and the highlight for me was the swimming pool which was big enough to properly swim in but usually pretty empty. Staff were super friendly and attentive and we all enjoyed our visit very much.
Loved staying here for Christmas away from the noise and pollution of the city. Beautiful hotel and grounds and a wonderful swimming pool. Food is delicious and the staff were so friendly and helpful.
