The balcony room was very nice to relax on the verandah in the cool of the Batu air. A nice swimming pool in a garden setting. Good views to the mountain but better ones can be had by walking to the nearby Pasar Besar.
The staffs were very accommodating, we got to check in early without prior notice. The room was clean. The food was good. The kids club (or playground) was small but quite entertaining for toddlers and younger kids
Good layout of bar, restaurant, and especially the swimming pool. Staff were all very friendly and efficient. Strangely the western food was better than most of the Indonesian selections.
Stayed with family for second time, 2 x tripple room for 3 days.
Kids love the swimming pool with clean water, fresh weather and beautiful view from the restaurant/swimming pool.
Plenty space for outdoor activities.
Despite the old hotel facilities, the staff were trying to make us comfortable which we really appreciate it. Overall it is very good value for money considering the price.
