My stay at Asli Villa was truly enjoyable. It's a family-run business that offers a wide range of services, including transportation, tours, meals, and laundry. Keep in mind that the villa is located in a small village, so there aren't many amenities nearby. You'll either need a car or can arrange transportation through them. Overall, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The area is very quiet, easy to walk around, and the local people are very friendly without being the least bit intrusive - especially if you can speak a few words of Indonesian. I really enjoy walking so I walked to several waterfalls but a minimum 8kms return for all but one. For many people, I would recommend hiring a motorbike or arranging for transport from staff.
Join the community at a shared grounds, shared facilities holiday park. Groups of all sizes can get comfortable in private bungalows or holiday homes, and spend their stays enjoying time poolside, dining at an on-site restaurant or trying new on-site activities.
Everything was perfect ! The location est wonderful near the lake, the tiny house is lovely and the staff is so kind and nice !!
Ps: the owner of the place is very kind and helpful, he woke up for me at 3am to bring me to the trekking point as I didn’t have any transportation to go there.
So far the best hotel outside of Ubud! Really tranquil, very hospitable, nice swimming pool, felt like 5 star hotel. I loved very much the village tour by the host - it felt very authentic, totally recommend it!
The location up the slopes of the crater rim provided a nice view on Lake Batur and Agung volcano. There was no noise from the road. The A-frame bungalows were quite pretty and had a nice little garden with wooden platforms to relax in front of them.
Wayan is very helpful, attentive, full of humor and wise advice. He welcomed us warmly and courteously. Ideally located for visiting the region, in a quiet environment, the room is very comfortable and impeccably clean. The swimming pool is a much appreciated plus. The breakfasts are delicious and plentiful. His wife cooks delicious Balinese dishes. The staff does its best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Everything. The bungalows are amazing. Brand new and very clean. Mowgli and Mario are amazing. It's very isolated, and it's a home stay + village. You would think that's a bad thing, but everything you need is on the property. The staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating. Best I had in Bali. Wifi is consistent.
I love this Bungalows! This place is very central for start the sunrise-trekking to Mount Batur! The bed is super comfortable and the view is amazing!
There is the possibility for rent a scooter and the staff is realy friendly. If you want to visit Mount Batur this Place is a good starting point.
The main area with restaurant and swimming pool was really amazing, full of green and well cared. Room was very new, clean and well maintained. Food really tasty. I also liked the sustainability concept supporting the local community. The Margaritas made by Wayan at pool bar were also really good :)
