Had a lovely long weekend break here. Location is off the beaten track which was what we wanted, but also sea front. Caravan had everything we wanted to make our stay comfortable and cosy. Very peaceful little site and lovely to get away to for some peace and quiet. There was a little beach cafe at the end of the track that seemed nice for a hot drink while walking along the beach and a couple of nice pubs around in the close by villages and towns to have food or drinks and a short drive away from some landmarks like Durdle Door. There was a storm moving in one day while we were there and Toby made sure that everything was okay with us, as he did throughout our stay. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect stay. The caravan completely exceeded our expectations- so clean and comfortable with the best view. A really well thought out set up that made everything spot on.

the place is very modern and cozy, with an absolutely fantastic view of the bay. it was the perfect place to unwind and escape for a few days. we can't wait to stay again in the future.
even though it was below zero, I thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the veranda in the evenings, as the storm blew over the coast.
it's the perfect homely base for visiting places like Charmouth and Lyme Regis
I would highly recommend staying here if you're looking to explore the area, you won't find much better in terms of practicality and all round comfort.

Brilliant range of games for our very wet and windy weekend. The heating was better than at home. We felt very snug, with the option for blankets if needed (they were not needed). The air fryer was the cherry on the cake of an very well equipped caravan which we absolutely used. I would also like to know who insulated the walls as we could hear barely anything when in the bedrooms (snore to your hearts content).

Absolutely loved the decor, the layout and how clean it was. Lots of amenities available with Rachel even leaving my children some treats in the fridge!! Easy to find and close to the entertainment and shops.
Well appointed caravan with xbox and free wifi as a bonus. Owner very helpful and even left us some welcome treats! Comfy bedrooms. Lovely view of Fleet Lagoon from lounge.

The mobile home was lovely and comfortable with great location only a few minutes walk to the club house and swimming pools.
