Communication was the best by far! Reassuring and very welcoming regarding key code, directions. The caravan its self was a treat, clean tidy and inviting. The TV worked without the usual fuss we have experienced in other lets. Quite spacious and a nice sized balcony. In the 4 days we were there we only used the toaster so can not comment on kitchen, I will say it looked well prepared for any eventuality.. The shower was constant with temperature and although great for me a bigger person may struggle. Toilet area was clean and tidy, towel rail worked, A thumbs up.
Would I recommend to family members? I have already! Would I to friends? Again I did this morning to 3 of them… Ann thank you, most of all Thank you for your amazing communication skills before a holiday/break starts. Reassuring ❤️

Absolutely loved the decor, the layout and how clean it was. Lots of amenities available with Rachel even leaving my children some treats in the fridge!! Easy to find and close to the entertainment and shops.
Well appointed caravan with xbox and free wifi as a bonus. Owner very helpful and even left us some welcome treats! Comfy bedrooms. Lovely view of Fleet Lagoon from lounge.

The mobile home was lovely and comfortable with great location only a few minutes walk to the club house and swimming pools.
