A real little gem. Good location and lovely accommodation. Lots of extra touches which were very welcoming and thoughtful, chess set, card games, books for both adults and children, buckets and spades. Just made us feel right a home. Wish we could've stayed longer. Would definitely like to return.

the place is very modern and cozy, with an absolutely fantastic view of the bay. it was the perfect place to unwind and escape for a few days. we can't wait to stay again in the future.
even though it was below zero, I thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the veranda in the evenings, as the storm blew over the coast.
it's the perfect homely base for visiting places like Charmouth and Lyme Regis
I would highly recommend staying here if you're looking to explore the area, you won't find much better in terms of practicality and all round comfort.

Brilliant range of games for our very wet and windy weekend. The heating was better than at home. We felt very snug, with the option for blankets if needed (they were not needed). The air fryer was the cherry on the cake of an very well equipped caravan which we absolutely used. I would also like to know who insulated the walls as we could hear barely anything when in the bedrooms (snore to your hearts content).
