The property is fantastically located and equipped. The bar serves fantastic food and they do great entertainment for the kids. Staff are lovely and friendly.

Got relocated as caravan needed maintenance. So was given a chalet , which was excellent. Lovely location, and beautiful sea views. All you need is on hand, from an on site chippy, swimming pool and entertainments.
This was a perfect location for our family holiday, the house felt like our home. It was spacious and had stunning views, such lovely base to explore North Devon but also enjoyable to relax there when the weather wasn't the best. Everything about getting into the house was seamless and we couldn't fault it, and we appreciated the flexibility on timing for checking in and out
Location is perfect, close to all the family entertainment. The staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast was fantastic and the room was perfect. Highly recommend.
Location (apartment 1317 = Block 1, third floor) is good, with a view of the sea (over the cabins of the holiday park next door) and has a balcony that would be great in the summer. You are very close to all the facilities - Pier House is excellent for a reasonably-priced evening meal and Waterfront for a more family-orientated affair.
The holiday park was fantastic! We booked two bungalows, both with a view on the sea.
Reception was flexible, as we could check in and out easily. And the beach was walking distance.
the caravan is close for great walks on the cliffs plus the prom with a great restaurant. Overall a fantastic clean spacious caravan park. Instead very clean and a good size.
Clean good size rooms. Breakfast was satisfactory and the staff were friendly.
Entertainment every night from good bands although Sunday's later band never showed.
Also games room in the facility and food available every day.
The location, property, cleanliness was all spot on for a family holiday - easy walking distance to the ameneties and beach
