All information was given beforehand. Messages replied straightaway when we had questions. Good location from the beach and local area. Need a car to get around. One of the children highlight was the lighthouse near the beach. Swimming pool you have to book a slot and we had the pool ALL to ourselves for 45minutes. The view from the caravan was beautiful 😍.
Location of caravan was good giving us easy access to shop/bar etc. Location of caravan park was good with short journey to Girvan and other amenities.
Took my wife as a birthday treat. This hotel surpassed my expectations. Everything about it was first class. From the check in experience, all staff very friendly. Food at breakfast in the restaurant and for dinner was all high quality. Servers all very friendly. Room was fantastic with a great view of the sea and had all the amenities of a.top hotel. Spa and swimming pool were very nice and enjoyed using them. Clearly this is high class hotel and is an expensive choice but imo well worth the treat.
Remote location, great views, good walks in the area. Relaxing place to switch off from city life. Caravan was good size, 3 bedrooms, well furnished and clean. Kids loved the swimming pool.
We had a lovely view of Ailsa Craig.
The location was good and convenient for all that we wanted to see in the area.
Caravan park and location of caravan was easy to find.
Staff were very attentive and professional. The food was superb. The swimming pool is lovely with excellent views and changing facilities.
