Everything was relatively ok! Not to clean but acceptable! The leisure in the park need to pay separate for access in swimming pool, playgrounds etccc! The lights on hot tub don’t work! Relax and enjoy! Recommend for future!
Lovely clean caravan, hot tub and outdoor decking area enjoyed by all of us and the warm weather made it just perfect! The children loved seeing the jets flying overhead. Pet friendly, about 15mins walk to the main part of the resort for entertainment etc. Travel cot and high chair available for younger children if needed. Communication from the host was great and it was very straight forward on arrival to get access to the caravan and start our holiday. Thank you!

Caravan was located at the back of the site. A 6 minute drive from reception/check in so it was lovely & quiet.
Seller gave a discount on entertainment passes which was nice.
Shower was lovely & hot.
Lots of activities for all ages. Reasonably priced accommodation. Friendly staff. kids entertainment for our toddler was amazing. The staff in the big tent were fantastic with small kids. High-quality entertainment with meet and greet with entertainers for the kids. Lots of photos taken. When we had an issue, they came and resolved it quickly or advised if they couldn't fix it the same day. The site was very clean, and security patrolled the site day and night. Saving grace was the hot tub. It was a good escape for the kids and family.
Thé lodge was very close to the central entertainment area and facilities, and in a lovely location overlooking the lake. Everything was spotlessly clean with a hot tub up and running upon our arrival. The hosts are super quick to respond and sorted a couple of queries very quick. I was advised to book passes before my arrival, and book the swimming pool well advance, it gets very busy. The children’s entertainment was very professional and our grandchildren loved it.
