Very clean caravan, we were able to keep very warm in the winter. Well furnished and kitchen facilities provided were very good. Great space in the living room for a family. Loved the balcony outside for relaxing.

Park was great. It was nice that the caravan area was pedestrian only, especially near the play areas. Location was brilliant (near supermarkets and walking routes, not far from coast) and staff communication was great.

My wife and I were self catering. Our accommodation met and exceeded expectations, it was clean, well furnished in all rooms and with all kitchen and cooking facilities provided.

Breakfast and evening meal excellent. The decor of the common areas quirky but good. Staff very friendly. Swimming pool nice and warm and outside area nice amount of comfy chairs.
Lovely hotel with beautiful grounds and a swimming pool. A very relaxing location with lovely views over the sea. The staff were lovely with a special mention for Sarah, Tom and Callum who were super helpful and extremely nice.
This is a two-star hotel in a top location in Shanklin (close by the beach lift, saving a longish walk up and down to the seaside), offering an outdoor swimming pool, which is uncommon in the area and nice on a hot day! Our room was decorated in a sweet and pretty Jane Austen-ish style, and looked out on the nice view of hills. The room shared by our children was tucked at the back, but still was nicely decorated and had good-sized windows, also in the bathroom. Personnel is helpful and friendly, welcoming cream tea a nice touch!
The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfasts were excellent and the facilities were very good. We enjoyed both the swimming pools and hot tubs and the lovely views.
Beds were comfy, play area, arcade, bar and entertainment on site, swimming pools available but have to pay for this if not booked stay through the holiday site
I didnt know what to expect from a 3 star hotel but wow it was amazing. The view from our room Was out of this world. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained. There was entertainment every evening. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.
We went there with our grandchildren, aged 9 and 6 and they had a brilliant time both at the hotel and the island. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Lovely staff. Nice location but very hilly. Nice entertainment in the evening which my grandchildren loved. Kids love the nice clean swimming pool. Beds and bedding clean.
The caravan was lovely, very well equipped and comfortable. The site is fantastic for kids with a great swimming pool and sports facilities and play parks. There is the usual bar and restaurant and games arcade but no entertainment or entertainment room. The site is very close to Shanklin Beach, about a ten minute drive. Did not try walking. The site was clean and pretty quiet at night. Had a very enjoyable time. Dogs are allowed onsite but not in the caravan.
Perfect base to travel around the Isle of Wight. The accomodation is cozy, clean and comfortable. Everything we need was in it. The host was very accommodating to our questions. The holiday resort have live entertainment all nights of our stay. The children have enjoyed the playground too. Definitely will book again.
