Caravan itself was comfortable, had all amenities required. Extra care had gone into making the caravan feel homely and had board game activities for children. WiFi facilities not available at the time. All clean apart from chopping boards that had mould... Which was probably missed when cleaned.

So easy to find not far from the motorway. Queries answered promptly. Great location and base to visit other areas, only half n hour from Windermere. Definitely recommend Waters Edge Restaurant and Bar overlooking the lake, great food and hospitality. Lodge has everything you need, so spacious yet cosy and welcoming. Greenlands Farm a 20 minute walk from the site, would recommend a visit, lovely lunch. 3 large supermarkets only a 5 minute drive away. Had such a lovely restful break. Will definitely be returning.

Isolated pub: great beer, friendly staff and regulars, waterfront location (of Lune estuary). Large, well-equipped studio rooms across the car park. Also has pods and an adjoining caravan park.
Beautiful bungalow just like home from home so comfy with everything that you need lovely landlord and very kind and helpful. Little extras left for us by way of milk water in the fridge and chocolate biscuits, Will definitely stay here again, beds were lovely and comfortable shower and bathroom facilities were ideal and all the toiletries that were there were above and beyond and amazing should you have needed them. Lovely garden to relax in with patio table and chairs drive way for parking.
The staff where excellent and I am definitely going back. Breakfast was good no faults at all . Great entertainment and the drinks where reasonably priced.
We went away with 18 month baby, was just so nice to have everything a 5 minute walk away from the caravan, shop, soft play, restaurant, swimming pool and more, we had no reason to leave the resort and enjoyed our short stay.
The caravan was one of the best we have stayed in and me and my family has stayed in a lot on our family holidays. The beds were really comfortable. Very quiet at night. Nice to have somewhere to sit outside on the decking.
The caravan was absolutely excellent, spacious clean and comfortable, however, the camp site itself is not ideal. The swimming pool has no changing rooms and is very small. The entertainment room is also inadequate for the size of the site.
we had an amazing stay. caravan was spotless with everything you needed for your stay. it was like home from home. It was very close to the on-site swimming pool, football court and entertainment complex.
amazing outdoor decking area and fortunately the sun was shining all holiday so the decking seating area was lovely to enjoy when in the caravan.
the main bedroom was luxurious and had walk in wardrobes and an en-suite. the caravan was very spacious.
communication was great from start to finish. overall cannot fault this holiday.
