Perfect location for a stopover and caravan was clean and had all we needed. I saw some bad reviews about flooding outside caravans when really wet but this one is fine. Nice and quiet at night. It seems they are building many things on the site including a BMX track so in coming months will be superb.

The room and entertainment was brilliant for the kids and my whole family enjoyed our stay there & will definitely be coming back…

really great facilities complete with Nuffield gym and swimming pool. Friendly staff, lovely gardens and facilities. I will definitely be staying here again when I am away with work.
The swimming pool area was nice, the evening meal we had was very good & the grounds were lovely
